Viveka pledges to keep the integrity and the secrecy of the ideas in the application. Ideas shared in the application itself might not be unique and already public information. If the idea presented has a dimension which has been already discovered and proven publicly then the idea is deemed non private. Yet Viveka will show extra care not to replicate any ideas including private and non private without informing and including the idea owner. If the idea owner decides to be non responsive Viveka can continue to develop the idea into a product and the idea owner cannot return back after the development phase and claim that the idea was theirs to begin with.

Viveka does not claim that every information given is error free, absolute truth and contemporary. Viveka will work at its best to provide guiding information for entrepreneurs closer to reflect the truth earned in real life practice and as contemporary as possible.

Viveka uses external linkages. Viveka is not responsible for any content in the outreach site or in one of the incubation member websites.

Viveka holds the right to modify and add any clause in the user agreement, website format, layout and contact information. Users will be notified for such changes.
